Budhimaan Baccha was a not-for-profit project for imparting digital and IT literacy to underprivileged school students in Madhya Pradesh, India. It was founded by Varun Agrawal. It is being repurposed into a RLHF training lab.

Buddhimaan Baccha was completely bootstrapped. It started out with the mission to train >100 students (across two years) from Madhya Pradesh in ITES (Information Technology Enabled Services) for back-office support roles across India.During 2019-2020, we helped ~53 students (high school, senior secondary school, or those that recently completed schooling) with upskilling in the MS Office Suite and other tools for basic data management, writing, and design.
